Packaging & Documentation
Standard packaging will be provided unless custom packaging is specified at order confirmation.
OEM branding on manuals, boxes, and accessories is possible with minimum order quantities (MOQ).
Warranty & Support
Standard warranty: from date of supply against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation, external accessories, power surges, or physical mishandling.
Technical support is provided for OEM partners; end-customer support responsibility lies with the OEM partner unless otherwise agreed.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
White labeling/custom branding may require an MOQ (to be discussed during agreement).
For smaller orders, products will be supplied in neutral/unbranded packaging.
Intellectual Property
All designs, firmware, and core technology remain the property of the manufacturer.
OEM partners may brand and market the product under their own name, but may not claim ownership of the technology.
After-Sales Responsibility
Replacement/repair for defective products will be supplied as per warranty terms.
End-user warranty handling, returns, and service are the responsibility of the OEM partner unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Optional Customization
Additional accessories (Alarm Lamp, Infrared Sensors, Backup Supply, Bluetooth/WiFi modules, Mobile Control, etc.) can be supplied based on partner’s requirements.
Custom firmware or feature modifications may be discussed separately.
