Candle Automation – Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Candle Automation. All our products are manufactured with the highest quality standards and are backed by a limited warranty for your peace of mind.

✅ Warranty Coverage

• Candle products are covered under a 1-year limited warranty (unless specified otherwise) from the date of purchase.
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

⚠️ What is Covered:

1. Manufacturing defects in electronic components or touch mechanisms.
2. Defects of units due to shipping.
3. Communication issues with app or devices due to hardware failure (not configuration errors).
4. Free replacement or repair for covered defects during the warranty period(depends on product category).

❌ What is NOT Covered:

1. Damage caused due to mishandling, unauthorized installation, or electrical surges.
2. Water, fire, or insect damage.
3. Physical damage, including cracks, scratches, or breakage due to impact or external force.
4. Products opened, tampered with, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
5. Software/app issues not related to hardware malfunction.
6. Consumables like batteries (in case of smart locks) are not covered.

🛠️ Warranty Claim Process:

• Customer must register their product at the time of purchase or within 7 days via our Warranty Registration Form.
• To initiate a claim, please contact our support team with:
• • Proof of purchase (invoice)
  • Product serial number
  • Description and photo/video of the issue
• After evaluation, our team will offer repair, replacement, or guidance based on the warranty terms.

📌 Additional Notes:

• The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
• Turnaround time for service/replacement is subject to product type and logistics.
• Candle reserves the right to revise warranty terms without prior notice.

• TouchX M & TouchX Z - 1 Year Warranty
• TouchX M, Mini, STP & STPE - 5 Year Warranty
• AcX Series - 1 Year warranty
• RefleX Series - 1 Year Warranty
• All other Series - Standard 1 Year warranty
