📝 Terms & Conditions – Home Automation Package

1. Offer Validity & Booking

  • The promotional price is applicable only during the official offer period.
  • Customers must pay an advance to confirm the booking within the offer window.
  • Upon advance payment, Candle Automations will honour the agreed offer price.
  • Customers can apply coupons on checkout page.
  • There will be flat discounts for booking with full payment.

2. Installation Terms

  • Installation charges are included in the offer, provided the installation is completed within a single day.
  • If installation extends beyond one day due to site conditions or customer delays, an additional service charge may apply.
  • Installation will be carried out after 2 days of successful delivery of package.
  • Installation may face delay if climate conditions are worse due to any natural calamities like flood.
  • For any Installation outside Kerala, service charges may apply.

3. Site Readiness

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site is electrically and structurally ready (wiring, power supply, mounting points, etc.).
  • Customer must ensure required wiring, internet connectivity, and power supply are ready before installation.
  • Any civil or electrical work (including conduit pulling, wall modifications, rewiring, etc.) is not included in this offer and must be arranged by the customer separately.
  • Any installation of extra accessories, wiring or any means of electrical modification will be charged extra.

4. Scope of Offer

  • This offer covers only the items and quantities specifically listed in the combo.
  • Any customizations, additional devices, or upgrades will be quoted and billed separately.

5. Compatibility

  • Package is designed to work with Alexa, Google Assistant, and Candle Smart App.
  • Customer must ensure stable Wi-Fi coverage in all installation areas for optimal performance.

6. Liability

  • Candle Electric Solutions Pvt Ltd. will not be liable for losses due to internet outages, power failures, or third-party device incompatibility.
  • Automation devices are designed to assist in convenience and security but are not a substitute for active monitoring or safety precautions.

7. Product Modification

  • Candle Electric Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify product specifications, features included in package without prior notice.

8. Warranty & Support

  • All devices are covered under standard manufacturer warranty policies.
  • Post-installation support is available via our Customer Support Helpline during working hours.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Booking advance is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Rescheduling of installations may require mutual confirmation of new dates and is subject to team availability.
  • In case of a defective product identified during installation, a free replacement will be provided.

10. Acceptance of Terms
